Order Fulfillment Information

Crow's Sports online orders take 1-2 business days to process and ship. Most orders are shipped same day or next business day.

 

General Shipping Information

Crow's Sports ships through Canada Post. Various services are available during checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover shipping charges on returns, including during the Free Shipping Promotion. 

• An customer purchases $220 worth of product and receives free shipping (which costs us $20 to ship). If this customer wants to return the product and get a refund, they will receive $220 - $20 = $200. Please note that if you received free shipping on your order, it is only available once. If you require a return, you are required to pay the re-shipping charges.

 

Free Shipping Promotion over $250

Get free shipping and handling to all 10 Canadian Provinces for all orders over $250 excluding oversized packages. Oversized packages include but are not limited to goalie leg pads, goalie sticks, wheel bags & player sticks.

Sticks not eligible for free shipping due to size (Boxes often are $50+ to ship). 

On orders requiring multiple boxes/parcels, the more expensive box will be covered by the Free Shipping Promotion.
